One of my favourite things about the summer is being able to do my blog photography outdoors.
Last year I did a blog post for L'Occitane products so one year later, here we are again! I was on my lunch break at work and decided to pop into the L'Occitane store in Uptown Toronto and lucky me, they were giving away free sample boxes to promote hosting events and parties.In addition to the sample box (which if you don't already know, L'Occitane is very generous with their samples), there was a free gift with a $45 purchase offer which I gladly took up. June's gift included a cute makeup pouch with a bar of their lavender soap, a small hand cream, and a shea body lotion.
For my main purchase, I decided to try out a new face cream: Angelica Hydra Vital Cream
I've gotten the chance to try out a lot of products from the Angelica collection but never this cream. So far, I'm loving it. The cream is very hydrating, so I prefer to use it at night and when I wake up the next morning, my skin feels plump and revitalized.
One more thing before I sign off for this post, I want to give a shout out to the staff at L'Occitane on Yonge Street between Lawrence and Eglinton. Phenomenal service and super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I got to try out the shea butter hand scrub which was fantastic and had a nice little chat with the sales associate on the floor. Thank you for making my visit to the store a very enjoyable one!
