JOR'EL PARKER / FANGO MUD THERAPY REVIEW
Today I want to give a feature to this mask by Jor'el Parker as I have been using it for the past few weeks and I think it definitely deserves some recognition. One thing to note is that although I have my "holy-grail" face masks, I am always trying out new ones because I think it's really fun to switch things up, and I've found a lot of masks that I now love and cannot live without. I received this mask in my April Glam Bag and I think it was definitely the highlight of my bag for the month.
Jor'el Parker was originally founded by two brothers (for their mother!) as a fragrance company and recently they have expanded into a skincare line. Their products are dedicated to being eco-conscious and cruelty-free so that everyone can feel good about using them.
The Jor'el Parker Original Fango Mud Therapy mask is infused with a blend of moisturizing and exfoliating antioxidants, which in turn leaves you with seriously soft skin. It's loaded with Sweet Almond and Avocado oils, along with Green Tea for rejuvenation and Volcanic Ash minerals for exfoliation. The Fango Mud hydrates, protects, and deep cleanses your skin, and the product is also Sulfate-Free and Paraben-Free!
To use this mask, I like to firstly wash off my face with a simple cleanser. To get the most out of the mask (this is a tip for all masks!), it's good to steam your face with some hot water for two to three minutes to let the pores open up. After applying a thin layer all over my face, I'll let it set for about twenty minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water. The deep cleansing quality of this mask means that your pores will look and feel unclogged after use although those with sensitive skin may want to do a small patch test before using this mask as it can feel irritating on the skin.
If you're on the hunt for a new deep cleansing mask to try, I highly recommend the Jor'el Parker Fango Mud Therapy mask. You can purchase it on their website.
Has anyone else tried the Fango Mud Therapy mask from Jor'el Parker? What did you think of it?
Cheers!
Nancy
