DERM RENEWAL BOOSTER
It's no secret that I'm a fan of G.M. Collin's skin serums. My G.M. Collin experience began with the Hydramucine Optimal serum and the Phytowhite Dark Spot serum earlier this year, and now in October, they have launched a new booster serum! I had the chance to try out the new, Derm Renewal Booster before its official launch this month, and I'm coming at you today with some of my personal thoughts on the product.
The Derm Renewal Booster is packaged in a dark glass bottle, and comes with a dropper that you can replace for the cap once you open the product. The serum is a watery, lightweight formula that absorbs into the skin immediately after you apply it to the face. It contains essential anti-aging ingredients such as glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acid, and they all work together to "boost" dull, dreary skin to reveal a glowing, flawless complexion. Essentially, it is a skin "booster"!
The consistency of this serum is more watery than gel-like, so the dropper comes in handy for me to drop a few drops onto my fingertips to rub into my skin at nighttime. As much as the Derm Renewal Booster is a serum, it is more of a skin treatment, meant to be used for one month, twice a year. After using the serum for one month, some of the changes I've noticed is that my skin feels much firmer than when I first started it. In general, my complexion also looks brighter and more "awake" than it did at the beginning of the month, which is a great testament as September seems to be a busy month.
The thing to take caution of is that although the serum feels very light and watery, it is actually quite strong in disguise. Sensitive skin people may want to stay away from this and I would advise against applying this over skin that has been ruptured or irritated from breakouts. It is also important to make sure you use a moisturizer with SPF in it as using this serum can make your skin more sensitive to the sun.
In terms of anti-aging, it is never too early to begin to prevent the effects age will have on your skin. I like how this formula not only targets wrinkles, it also boosts "exhausted" skin, and when you have a busy schedule, your skin can often reflect that, so this serum has been a nice treat for my tired skin.
You can find G.M. Collin at a spa near you by going on their website and using the spa locator.
Have a great week!
xoxo,
Nancy
