Happy Friday everyone! On Tuesday I went to the Dr. Hauschka press dinner to celebrate their 50th anniversary as well discover some of their products featuring the Rose. The event was held at The Richmond and decorated to perfection with florals, a very photographic dinner setting, and a selection of skincare and makeup products offered by Dr. Hauschka.
We were treated to appetizers and rosé, and I sat down with a group of fabulous women to learn more about Dr. Hauschka's offerings. I met Shira from Stop Drop and Makeup, Jessica from Diary of a Toronto Girl, Teresa from The Balance, and Anum from SummerxSkin!
The food was a totally vegan and totally delicious meal, complete with wine top-ups and impeccable service. Throughout dinner, we were treated to a presentation about the brand and its philosophies. I was first introduced to Dr. Hauschka back in September, and since then I have been a huge fan of the brand and their products. Not only is the brand certified organic and natural, they are also one of the very few brands in the entire world that is certified by Natrue and is a Certified B Corporation, meaning that they give back to the environment and their products are the purest of the pure - considering they have their own garden located outside of any major cities in Germany.
At the end of the night and presentation, we were given a limited edition 50mL tube of their Rose Day Cream, one of their Sheer Lipsticks, and a couple minis including the Facial Toner in a travel size which I am super excited about!
